It would be better is the listing also include a link to the police report on the crime statistics of the neighborhood. When you are single and work late many night, this information would be helpful. This is no fault of Moshe as it is the law or the realty community not allowing such information to be on easy display. Moshe provided some valuable detail information that I believe is very useful for new home buyers. He reminded me to re-key my entry doors because we have no idea whoelse may have a key to our place. Since I need to remodel my place, Moshe was very willing to come out and let my contract spent an hour doing a lot of measurements before closing. Knowledge about the market, the areas I am interested in, and not pressured me to buy as soon as possible are attributes that I always look for from a realtor. It is all these details that set Moshe apart from just any agent.
